My mission is to empower veterinarians with the tools that they need to live in alignment with how they want to feel, tune in to who they really are, and be at ease (instead of dis-ease).

I strive to…

  • Provide integrative continuing education for veterinarians by combining self care and business with one on one coaching sessions, veterinary medicine seminars and retreats

  • Support vets who are seeking to find more meaning in their practice

  • Teach others how to create an ease and live an integrative life

  • Establish a community to hold space for all to heal

  • Offer retreats for professionals and their families

“never get so busy about making a living that you forget to make a life.”

A little background…

After burning out during some of the most stressful years of my life in vet school, it only took 5 years to experience burnout in a different way. My health was suffering, my children were suffering and so was my marriage. I had to make a change then to take charge of my health and career. I changed my diet and insisted on adding more holistic medicine, specifically acupuncture and herbal medicine, into my conventional veterinary practice. I was about to burnout again in 2013 when i realized I had to make some drastic changes. I made the big leap and decided to open my own exclusively holistic practice. Almost everyone I told that I was going to open and exclusively holistic practice would ask me, “will you make money doing that?” And here is the thing, you can make a living doing whatever it is that you love as long as you bring your passion and love to it. Here I am in 2019, with a thriving holistic practice. I have learned so many lessons along the way and continue to learn them daily.

I want to bring the lessons that I have learned to help me out of the burnout and prevent it overall about finding your big why, self care, running a a practice, how to create space for the things you want in life, how to align your desires with time management, making space for what is important to you in life and so much more.
